Bottles Up Enterprises was created in 2019 by Damian Breland, B.S. Certified Bartender/Notary, after he noticed a bartending void in the event industry. A native to Jacksonville, FL, Damian first established himself as a certified bartender while working in the restaurant industry, at Red Lobster. During his 5-year tenure, Damian developed the knowledge and passion for business and customer service. Curious, Damian learned the techniques of mixology, spirit pairing and planning. With a vision to provide exceptional service and delicious cocktails, Damian sought to bring Bottles Up to his community. As the business evolved, weekends went from one event with a 6-foot table and bar tools to eleven events spanning multiple cities with seven full bars and a staff of over fifteen certified bartenders. Damian has continued to expand his reach, establishing ongoing partnerships and becoming a mentor to budding mobile bartending businesses.
